Background
Gary has been a resident of the Whangarei area for the last 10 years and plans to call it "home" for many years to come! Born and raised in Northland, Gary has a wealth of knowledge that has proven useful in his real estate career and in assisting others with relocating.
From high school, Gary moved onto University and then joined
the workforce. Over the next 8 years Gary was involved in a variety of
jobs, including management, in both Australia and NZ, hospitality, and
2 years in the building industry in the USA. Gary loved the work and travel,
but decided it was time to head "home" and relocated back to
New Zealand late in 1997. On his return, Gary decided he would pursue
a career in real estate sales - and hasn't looked back!
As a successful Realtor, Gary saw the need of both buyers and sellers
to have quality real estate representation. Gary knows that his successes
are based on the success of his clients'. His entire business is focused
towards referrals from existing and former clients. A job well done is
his number one priority. While not all real estate transactions are "perfectly
smooth", he takes great pride in being able to assess the needs of
his clients, and anticipate and correct problems before they occur. Buying
or selling a home is one of the biggest transactions you will make in
your lifetime, so therefore it makes sense you will want someone who is
experienced, knowledgeable and highly pro-active to handle your home purchase
or sale. Gary does not give "special treatment" to any "one"
client; he makes it his mission to give special treatment to ALL his clients.
His primary focus is on the client; attention to detail, constant communication
and his ability to apply the appropriate game plan for each and every
transaction resulting in a happy buyer and seller!
